The food was savoury with lots of options. We ate at a clean restaurant with good staff. - the room was well-equipped and great value for money. - the location was quietly central. - A stupendous museum was easily accessible, just 1 km away.

The location was unbeatable and reasonably priced - ease of access to St Osburg's Church. The staff was responsive, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. The restaurant was clean with delicious food here, I had delicious dishes.

Inadequate car park - Insufficient car park spaces for number of rooms, and can be difficult to manouvre.

Staff in restaurant very friendly
Requested quiet room but next to busy road and general office do door banging all night. Requested to move but was told needed to pay more. cold room. Hot desert was cold and had to be sent back

The staff on night shift were excellent, friendly, and efficient. the rooms were clean and had air freshener. - the hotel is well-located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Medieval ruins.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location ideal and within walking distance of many ammenities.
Driving a 4x4 just had to ensure parked before 5pm to ensure top parking space, as hotel so popular practically all parking taken up which is our problem.
